Once the scope of the project is defined and agreed upon, any changes or additional requests may result in extra charges or changes to the delivery timeline.

3. Payments

  • Payments are required to be made as per the agreed schedule.
  • In case of delayed payments, we reserve the right to pause or delay work on your project until payments are up to date.
  • Any web tools or products sold will follow a separate payment structure, which will be shared with you during the purchase process.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed separately, but please note that refunds depend on the nature of the project, delivery timelines, and services rendered. Refunds are not available for web tools, except in rare cases.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure smooth progress.
  • Supply required assets (content, images, etc.) by agreed deadlines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by Buzz Up Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your business. Any data or proprietary information shared with us will be handled with the utmost care.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we work to provide error-free, high-quality services, Buzz Up Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or tools.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time, with reasonable notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
