- Web Tools: For any web tools purchased from us, refunds are not available. Most tools come with a free trial, and for those without a trial, we provide detailed demo videos to ensure the tool meets your needs. In rare cases, a partial refund may be considered if unforeseen issues arise.
- No Refunds on Completed Work: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
